Georgia will manage to hold the first female president’s inauguration honorably,- Mariam Jaashi, Chair of the Parliament’s Education and Science Committee, said.

The lawmaker commented on the protest rally planned by the opposition in Telavi tomorrow.

“We should wait for tomorrow's day and I hope Georgia will manage to hold the first female president’s inauguration honorably," Jashi said.

The inauguration of President-elect Salome Zurabishvili will start at 3:00 pm on December 16. The ceremony will last 40 minutes.
