The Georgian troops participating in the peacekeeping mission will also attend the inauguration of the president-elect,- Kakheti regional governor told InterPressNews.

According to Irakli Kadagishvili, everything is done according to the plan prepared by the inaugural state commission.

"Everything is going on according to the plan. The final rehearsal will be held today. Everything is ready for tomorrow. The Georgian troops wounded in Samachablo, Abkhazia and peacekeeping mission will attend the ceremony. A special tribune is allocated for them,” Irakli Kadagishvili said.

The inauguration of President-elect Salome Zurabishvili will start at 3:00 pm on December 16. The ceremony will last 40 minutes
