A festive divine liturgy dedicated to the 41st anniversary of the enthronement of His Holiness Ilia II as Catholicos-Patriarch of Georgia is being celebrated in the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.

The Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia is arranging the liturgy with Metropolitan Shio, the Bishops and priests. There are monks and parishes of various churches in Svetitskhoveli Cathedral.

Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia was enthroned on December 25 of 1977.
