“Sadly, some groups are trying to discredit the City Hall and personally me, they are trying to link me to the explosion due to their incompetence or political motivation. They are providing false information to the society and try to manipulate this tragedy.

We will certainly not allow these people to mislead people by spreading false information. We will do our best to ensure that people know the truth. For example, yesterday Rustavi 2 TV linked the settlement of residents in the block of flats before the buildings become operational to a corrupt scheme invented by them. It is not a novelty that the editorial policy of this TV Company is based on lies," Kakha Kaladze said.
