Giorgi Margvelashvili to deliver lectures in GIPA

The 4th President of Georgia, Giorgi Margvelashvili, will deliver lectures in the dorection of politics at the Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA). The course of lectures aims to introduce theoretical and practical aspects of politics. Students will be able to learn about Georgian politics and aspects of formation of political thinking, including: philosophy, history, economics, sociology, political science, mass communication methods, principles of international relations, etc.

The course will focus on fundamental issues, such as individual's role in the formation of social and political processes, justice, equality, freedom, distribution of power, mass communication, international relations, national integrity, diversity, constitutionalism, etc.

Simultaneously, the current political situation will be analyzed and evaluated.

The number of students will be limited to 25 and they will be selected based on their applications, which should be send to gipa.elective@gipa.ge till January 30.
