Irakli Kobakhidze advises MPs not to make emotional statements

This was logical continuation of the process, - Irakli Kobakhidze, Chairman of the Parliament of Georgia, said when commenting on the decision of MPs Eka Beselia, Levan Gogichaishvili and Beka Natsvlishvili to leave the parliamentary majority.

According to Kobakhidze, he does not want to evaluate emotional statements.

"We are all watching these processes. As for the statements, I think it is better not to comment on the emotional statements and I advise everyone to do the same,"- the Chairman of the Parliament said.

When asked if the expulsion of some members of the party was discussed at the political board meeting, Irakli Kobakhidze noted that the current situation in the team was the topic of discussion. He added that it is important to maintain the unity of the team.
