According to Tkeshelashvili, Kadagidze could not provide important information to the investigation.

In 2008, Kadagidze was the Head of the Financial Supervision Agency, which conducted inspection in the TBC Bank. We had questions both regarding the inspection and its results, but Kadagidze said he could not remember the details.
