Member of the parliamentary majority Vano Zardiashvili opposes the NGO sector. As Vano Zardiashvili announced after announcing the break in the sitting of the Legal Issues Committee, the third sector deliberately disseminates the distorted opinion about his influence on the judiciary.

As Vano Zardiashvili stated, the “Georgian Young Lawyers Association" has so-called "Clan" in the non-governmental sector, as the organization has own interests in the judicial branch of the government, namely, it is interested to appoint Ana Natsvlishvili in the High Council of Justice.

Vano Zardiashvili called the third sector people from a "black brigade", but later he apologized for using the phrase.

"Ask the people from a “black brigade”, people wearing “black T-shirts”, how many people have roots in the GYLA. NGOs are mostly represented either from GYLA or from GYLA representatives, "said Vano Zardiashvili.
