Court has decided to release Valeri Gelashvili, one of the four arrested demonstrators participating in the events of June 20-21, on 8 000 GEL bail. Gelashvili will leave the penitentiary institution after paying the bail.

Besides, Gelashvili has been forbidden from leaving his home without informing the investigative body.

The prosecution requested the use of the measure of pre-trial detention for Gelashvili, while the request of the defense was the release of Gelashvili on 5 000 GEL bail.

Four demonstrators were detained for participation in violence during the events of June 20-21.
