PM pledges “most modern infrastructure” in Georgia by 2022

By 2022, Georgia will have the most modern infrastructure, enabling us to further develop our economy and defeat poverty, - Prime Minister of Georgia Mamuka Bakhtadze said during presentation of the 6-month report of the projects that were funded within the frameworks of the education, infrastructure and village support programs, regional projects and mountain foundations.

According to him, it’s impossible to defeat poverty without a regional development.

“I would like to ones again persuade everyone that by 2033, Georgia will have the most modern infrastructure, which will enable us to further develop our economy, to make more and more people to be engaged in the economic development and to defeat poverty overcome poverty. It’s impossible to overcome poverty without regional development. Therefore, we should set up more ambitious tasks in this direction and I'm sure the second half of the year will be even more successful, "said PM Mamuka Bakhtadze.
