You see that not only the Patriarchate but also the whole country is in a state of turmoil and we need peace, first of all, Metropolitan Grigoli of Poti and Khobi said while commenting on the recent developments around the Patriarchate of Georgia.

“Life is on its way. You see that not only the Patriarchate but also the whole country is in a state of turmoil and we need peace and then to discuss the problems facing the church, the country, or each individual, " said Archbishop Grigoli.

Asked whether he would support the recognition of Ukrainian autocephaly, Metropolitan Grigoli of Poti and Khobi said the decision of the Georgian Church not his own opinion is important with regard to this issue.
