The protesters made barricades with the bags filled with sand on the streets of Chitadze, Chichinadze and Zubalashvili, at the entrances of the Parliament building.

One of the leaders of the United Opposition, Giorgi Vashadze, told reporters that the sandbags will be used to sit on them.

The demonstrators also lit a fire. Food was also brought to the site.

The activists and opposition leaders stayed outside the parliament’s building all night long.
