16 employees of National Bank test negative for coronavirus

According to the National Bank of Georgia, 16 employees are infected with coronavirus as of today.

"As it is known, last week 7 employees of the National Bank were confirmed to be infected with COVID-19, the symptoms of other employees who had contact with the mentioned persons were immediately examined and they were tested. According to the current data, the number of infected is 16. They are being treated at hospital under the supervision of doctors. As for other persons who had contact with the infected, they are in full isolation and are being supervised. Several of them have already tested negative”, reads the statement released by the Bank.

According to them, 90% of employees now work remotely, while all the buildings of the Bank are regularly disinfected.

The National Bank continues to smoothly operate and fulfil its tasks.
