Clinic director says none of new cases is linked to Orthodox Church

Maka Sologhashvili, chairperson of Vakhtang Bochorishvili Clinic, says there are 13 patients, including 3 newly reported cases, in the clinic and none of them is linked to the Orthodox Church.

According to her, the new cases are the result of the domestic transmission of the virus.

“There are 13 coronavirus patients, including 3 new ones, in the clinic. 6 patients are under 18 years of age and all of them are in good health,” Maka Sologhashvili said.

To the question whether the new cases are the result of the not linked to the church, the clinic replied that “no, they are domestic transmissions of Covid-19 and are not linked to the church.”
