Russian State Duma lawmaker Leonid Kalashnikov has been hospitalized with a diagnosis of coronavirus, "Intefax" has reported. According to Kalashnikov, his health condition is not good.

"The condition is not very good. Initially, my driver got infected and later, he transmitted the virus to me. As soon as I found out, I went into quarantine. I have high fever, "Kalashnikov told Russian media.

A total of 75,000 cases of coronavirus have been reported in Russia so far. The virus has killed 681 people in the country.
