De-facto regime gives Tskhinvali town second name

Anatoly Bibilov, so-called president of occupied Tskhinvali region, has signed the order on giving Tskhinvali town the second name – Stalinir.

The decision was made on the occasion of the 75th anniversary of the victory in World War II. According to reports, "the second name will be used during the events related to the Great Patriotic War."
