At this stage, the Ministry of Internal Affairs does not comment on whether Valerian Nemsitsveridze, who was killed in Avchala, is one of the organizers of the so-called prison riot.

Kakha Muradashvili, a representative of the agency, who was at the scene of crime, told journalists that the Ministry of Internal Affairs would comment on it later.

According to unofficial information, the man who was shot in his own car in Avchala is Valerian Nemsitsveridze - one of the organizers of the prison riot. He was reportedly released in 2013 on the basis of the amnesty. In addition, according to reports, Nemsitsveridze was accused of plotting to assassinate Kakha Giuashvili, a member of parliament in 2004-2008. However, later, Valerian Nemsitsveridze sued Georgia in Strasbourg and won the case.
