Lelo for Georgia will sign the document proposed by the mediator. The decision was made by the party's political board.

According to Ana Natsvlishvili, a member of Lelo, the party shares the content of the document in principle.

"Lelo agrees with the document in principle. There are certain issues in it that need to be clarified, and it is also important that the implementation of these points be under the attention of the mediators," Natsvlishvili said.

European Council President Charles Michel made a new proposal to the Georgian Dream and the opposition. According to the mediators' document, the persons assessed as political prisoners should be released within a week after the signing of the agreement between the government and the opposition. In addition, according to Charles Michel, early elections in Georgia should be called in 2022 if the "Georgian Dream" gets less than 43% of votes in the local elections.
