From today, Georgian National Energy and Water Supply Regulatory Commission will start monitoring in "Telasi" and "Telmiko". As Davit Narmania, the chairman of the GNERC, told InterPressNews, the working group has been in "Telasi" since the morning. According to him, on the basis of the monitoring, the correctness of retrieving data from meters will be studied, as well as possible non-compliance with the established rules, etc.
As Narmania added, in case of substantial violations, the regulatory commission will impose double fines.
According to the decision of the commission, the monitoring process will last for one month. According to them, the inspection will be completed on March 3 and will be submitted to the commission.
