“Ivanishvili is excluded from the entire civilized world. As for his cohort, all the people who create a kleptocratic authorities around him are automatically under the spotlight and I am sure they will also be influenced by such tools," Khatia Dekanoidze, chairwoman of the United National Movement faction, told reporters, responding to the resolution adopted in the European Parliament, which recommends imposing sanctions on Ivanishvili.

According to her, the people who abuse journalists, kill them and do not investigate are also under attention. At the same time, Dekanoidze believes that the resolution drew a sharp line between the citizens of Georgia and Ivanishvili and the Georgian Dream.

Therefore, it has been sharply emphasized that Georgian citizens are on one side and Bidzina Ivanishvili with his informal government on the other side, this is an unprecedented event in the history of Georgian statehood.
