According to the Prime Minister of Georgia, Irakli Gharibashvili, today there is a democracy in the country and any person can join any organization or union.

Irakli Gharibashvili responded to the fact of deputies leaving the Georgian Dream and noted that this is their constitutional right.

I will tell you the following that today there is a democracy in the country, any person, if s/he wishes, can join any organization and union, this is their constitutional right. We have our firm position, a firm choice, this is our Euro-Atlantic integration, which is reflected in the Constitution, and no one can change this choice. Therefore, keep calm," said Gharibashvili.

For information, 5 more MPs left Georgia­n Dream and joined the public movement People's Power founder by the so-called four.

In particular, the deputies who left the Georgia­n Dream are: Zaal Mikeladze, Eka Sefashvili, Davit Kacharava, Viktor Japaridze and Dachi Beraia. Accordingly, People's Power will be represented by 9 deputies in the Parliament of Georgia.
