Today, the Day of the Armed Forces of Georgia is being celebrated, which the US European Command has responded to on its official Twitter page.

“Today marks Armed Forces Day for the nation of Georgia. We salute the Georgian Defence Forces' commitment and contributions to defending democratic values”, the US European Command tweeted.

For information, the Defence Forces of Georgia are 32 years old. In connection with the anniversary, a solemn event is being held at the 4th Infantry Brigade's training ground in Vaziani.
