During the period of June-July 2023, the Special Investigation Service arrested 2 and charged 6 persons on the facts of disclosure of secrets of personal life.

The conducted investigation established that the accused L.Kh. born in 1989, secretly took mobile photos of the minor victim having sex with her fiancé on June 2, 2023, in Temqa. Later, he stopped a minor girl on the street, showed secretly taken intimate photos, put her in a car under the threat of spreading and publicizing them, and had forcible sex.

After the victim's report, as a result of prompt investigative and operational actions, Special Investigation Service arrested the accused person. He was charged on the fact of rape and disclosure of secrets of her personal life. The offense shall be punished by imprisonment for up to 15 years.

Special Investigation Service exposed citizen I.A. born in 1985 and living in the Bolnisi region, who forcibly took naked photos of the victim on May 28, 2022, and then raped her, at the same time he illegally filmed this process with his mobile phone. The accused sent the illegally taken photo to the victim's minor son via Facebook Messenger.

On the fact of rape, I.A. was found guilty and charged with the fact of disclosure of secrets of her personal life on the grounds of gender intolerance. The offense shall be punished by imprisonment for up to 7 years.

As for the 6 persons exposed to the crime, the conducted investigation established that the accused persons had relationships with women who met via social networks at different times through their mobile phones. The accused persons obtained the personal life materials of victims (intimate photos, correspondence, and videos) and send them to others through the social network "Facebook" and "WhatsApp". This action disclosed a secret of their personal life.

After the victim's reports, the Special Investigation Service conducted all investigative and operational measures in the shortest period with the protection of confidential information, after which the accused persons were arrested and charged.
