A meeting of the emergency headquarters for the liquidation of the Shovi disaster is underway in Racha.

Prime Minister Irakli Gharibashvili is leading the meeting.

According to the reports, Minister of Infrastructure and Regional Development Irakli Karseladze, Minister of Environment Protection and Agriculture Otar Shamugia, State Representative in Racha-Lechkhumi and Kvemo Svaneti region Papuna Margvelidze are also present at the meeting.

For information, a landslide in Shovi has killed 6 people. 210 people have been evacuated from the disaster area.
