On one side there are "poor" men and rude women, and they arranged such a scheme: women insult the men of Georgian Dream, the majority of men do not say anything, then the rude women provoke someone and then demand an answer to the insult - when they curse, they are not women and then, if someone responds to them, they become saints, it won't work like that, Mamuka Mdinaradze, the chairman of the Georgian Dream parliamentary faction, told journalists, thus answering a question about the recent incidents of verbal abuse of female opposition MPs.
According to him, for example, female deputies threw a pen at Levan Mgaloblishvili, the deputy of the parliamentary majority.
"When some opposition women curse someone else, they forget that they are women. When they curse, they are not women, and then if someone responds to them, they become saints, it won't work like that. They should understand what they are doing, if you hit a deputy in the eye with a pen, he will stand up and try to get rid of you, and it may be considered an adequate response. If you poke a pen in the eye and call him horrible things, which I can't repeat, are not you a woman? Do you become a woman only after he responds? If we are talking about gender and equality, why do they come out with such sexist statements that when they want they are women and when they want they are not? The women of the National Movement arranged a scheme. On one side there are "poor" men and rude women, and they arranged such a scheme: women insult the men of Georgian Dream, the majority of men do not say anything, then the rude women provoke someone and then demand an answer to the insult. They are rude women, I cannot repeat the words that were said to Levan Mgaloblishvili, for example”, said Mdinaradze.
According to him, when needed, they can apologize, but everything has its limits.
“Irakli Beraia is a decent man and he came out and immediately apologized. I was the first to say that this was unacceptable form. But there is a limit. When you say something disgusting, which I cannot repeat because of ethics, you poke a person in the eye with a pen and then you are surprised by the response, and you ask for a response as a woman, why did not you remember that you were a woman when doing that?", said Mdinaradze.
