Gabrielius Landsbergis: The next stage of the war may be directed not only against Ukraine, Georgia or Moldova, but also against one of the NATO countries - the West is on the verge of repeating its historic mistakes

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Lithuania, Gabrielius Landsbergis, states that the West is on the verge of repeating its historic mistakes in terms of supporting Ukraine against Russian aggression.

"For 25 years we have been trying to contain Putin's imperialism through dialogue and diplomacy, while it continues to ignore borders and raze cities to the ground," noted Gabrielius Landsbergis.

According to him, after Russia's hybrid aggression against Ukraine in 2014, the Minsk agreements caused a pause, but actually only postponed the war for the future.

In addition, according to the head of the Lithuanian Foreign Ministry, the next stage of the war may be directed not only against Ukraine, Georgia or Moldova, but also against one of the NATO countries, and the price of repelling such aggression will be even greater.
