It is important for the government to listen to the position of not only the opposition, but also non-governmental organizations and any interested person regarding the recommendations of the European Union, whether they are in a committee or non-committee format, - this is how opposition MP Tamar Kordzaia answered the question about the creation of working groups.
According to Kordzaia, the parliamentary committees will also show how ready the ruling party is for real changes and sharing different opinions.
"I participated in the previous working groups and I will join any working group that deals with the improvement of Georgia's situation in the direction of European integration. Whether it is a committee or non-committee format, the government should listen to the position of not only the opposition, but also non-governmental organizations and any interested person.
The European value is decision-making with maximum involvement, which means listening to everyone and sharing the reasoned position of everyone," said Tamar Kordzaia.
