Vakhtang Gomelauri, the candidate for the position of the Minister of Internal Affairs, speaking at the joint session of the parliamentary committees, spoke about the police attachés and noted that it is very important to expand international police cooperation.

"It is very important that international police cooperation has expanded. As of today, 18 police attachés covering 36 countries have been sent to different countries, including, last year, police attachés were sent to Ireland and Israel, and this process will continue in the future," said Vakhtang Gomelauri.
