According to the information of Batumi City Hall, the list of dilapidated houses is determined in accordance with the decree of March 30, 2023 Ng-15.15230896 on the replacement of dilapidated multi-apartment residential houses in the territory of Batumi municipality, based on the engineering examination report of the "Levan Samkharauli National Bureau of Forensic Examination".
According to the information of the City Hall, in 2024, strengthening-restoration-strengthening works of damaged buildings will be carried out at 3 addresses in the city. As Batumi City Hall explains, relevant agreements have been concluded and the works will start in the first quarter of 2024. The addresses, where the works will be carried out, have been determined by the Standing Council for Studying the Condition of Dilapidated Houses and Families Affected by Natural Events in the territory of Batumi Municipality, and the total cost is 2,499,998.93 GEL.
According to Batumi City Hall information. In 2023, within the framework of rehabilitation of dilapidated buildings, works were completed at 5 addresses and cost 3,549,990 GEL. And the construction of emergency buildings and new houses is underway at 5 addresses, and their total value is 58,741,079 GEL.
