Minister of Foreign Affairs to visit Brussels on April 29-30

On April 29-30, Minister of Foreign Affairs Ilia Darchiashvili will visit Brussels.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, at the invitation of the EU Presidency, the Minister will take part in the events organized by the Belgian Presidency of the EU Council, which are dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the largest wave of EU enlargement.

"Within the framework of the events dedicated to the enlargement, Ilia Darchiashviliwill participate in the informal session of the General Affairs Council of the European Union (GAC), and will also attend the solemn ceremony dedicated to the 20th anniversary of the enlargement of the European Union in 2004.

He will also hold bilateral meetings within the framework of the visit," reads the information.
