He made the following statement regarding Georgian citizens detained by the occupation regime of Abkhazia:"If a person was busy giving and taking money to get people to cross the artificial administrative occupation border, then naturally, this person also, unfortunately, helped to get him arrested. However, once again, I say that he should answer not to the proxy government of Abkhazia and or the Russian occupation army, but he should be immediately handed over to Georgia, to the legitimate government of Georgia, which I think will find out about the issue. I would defend the presumption of innocence, I would not accuse this person, because for me the press service of the Russian occupation army or even the current puppet regime of Abkhazia cannot be an authentic source," said Odisharia.
