The closer the elections are, the more the attempts to interfere from outside the country, extremely critical statements, resolutions, sanctions, threats, provocations, attempts to influence the Georgian voters with all this - Mamuka Mdinaradze, one of the leaders of the "Georgian Dream", said this in the framework of the pre-election campaign in Rustavi.

According to Mdinaradze, the target of these forces is power and huge financial interests, such as can accompany wars of the scale that are happening in our region and around us today.

"Welcome friends, I greet every resident of Kvemo Kartli, Rustavi, Gardabani, Bolnisi, Marneuli, Tetritskaro, Tsalka, I greet every Georgian, Azerbaijani, Armenian, Greek or other ethnic Georgian citizen living in this historical region.

Unequal struggle for peace and dignity - this is what is happening in our country today.

And yet, who are the parties in this battle? On one side - the forces that our country needs only as a pawn for global interests, and on the other side are us, the Georgian Dream and the Georgian people.

The next question is what they are like or what interests drive you. Their target power and huge financial interests, such as those that can accompany wars of the scale that are in our region and around us today.

We can characterize their agency in Georgia as well: violent people called politicians against their own citizens, businessmen, TV stations and prisoners, anyone. People who can go to any lengths to get a job done. They can surrender the territories of their country to another state and the next day, instead of mourning hundreds of unsung heroes, they can even celebrate a lost war. Then they can accuse these heroic soldiers of war crimes. According to the task, they can arrest anyone whom they cursed with last words yesterday. In short, they can shoot everything that the owners instruct.

And what are we, the "Georgian Dream" and the Georgian people - proud, dignified, courageous, intelligent, citizens of Georgia with a sense of homeland, a proud people and a proud country that was able to tell the whole world that from now on, decisions about Georgia and the Georgian people will be made only in Georgia , including the issues of unification of the country and people and the necessary, courageous steps to be taken in this direction.

A country and a people that was able to withstand and firmly face the most brutal weapon of modern times - disinformation. The most visible example of this was the false and fascist campaign against one of the most important Georgian laws, the law of transparency, and the victory over this misinformation was our victory.

The closer the elections are, my friends, the more the attempts to interfere from outside the country, extremely critical statements, resolutions, sanctions, threats, provocations, attempts to influence Georgian voters with all this, although Georgia and each of its citizens owns a much stronger weapon called truth and dignity.

And in order to carry the truth to the end and to preserve the honor to the end, on October 26 there should not be a single person left at home who can look in the mirror, look at himself and boldly say: I serve my country and no one else!!!

At such a time, you cannot be deceived, influenced by lies and fake campaigns. No one and nothing can stand in front of righteous people!

Accordingly, all of us together will defend peace, the dignity and well-being of each of us and our country, and this unequal struggle will have the only winner - Georgia and its excellency, the Georgian people. And therefore, long live our country and "Georgian Dream", Mdinaradze said during his speech.
