The President of France, Emmanuel Macron, responds to the meeting with the President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, on social networks and states that France hopes that the October 26 elections will allow Georgia to return to the European path.

"Dear Salome, I am glad to host you in Paris! France welcomes the European and democratic aspirations of the Georgian people. He hopes that the October 26 elections will allow Georgia to return to the European path," Macron wrote on Facebook.
