The processes that are taking place between the opposition president Salome Zurabishvili and the representatives of the radical wing are a kind of their internal games - the charter has no prospects, - "Georgian Dream" deputy Givi Mikanadze told journalists.

According to him, the "Georgian Charter" developed by the President is inconsistent with the Constitution.

"Any statement of Salome Zurabishvili directly indicates that she went beyond the constitution in every way. For him, the constitution represents absolutely nothing. According to the constitution, the president has no authority regarding the formation of the government, therefore, the document that the president came up with is inconsistent with the constitution, and also gives absolutely nothing, it has no prospects. As it does not perform any function today, it will also remain inactive in the future, because this charter has no prospect of implementation. Therefore, the internal processes between the opposition president Salome Zurabishvili and the representatives of the radical wing are their internal games. I can't call it anything else," Mikanadze said.

He also evaluated the statement of the President regarding the arrangement of the coordination platform in the Orbeliani palace on the day of the elections and noted that in this statement it was once again confirmed that Salome Zurabishvili is completely out of the frame of the constitution.

"We are preparing together with the Georgian people only for a convincing victory, for a constitutional majority. I want to assure you that there will be a very big celebration in the office yard of ["Georgian Dream"] on October 26. As for the president - even in his statement yesterday, it was once again noted that this person is completely out of the framework of the constitution, does not protect neutrality at all, which is one of the most important principles that the president must protect, and most importantly, the direct use of administrative resources is recorded. The organization of such a platform by the president, the organization of some so-called coordination headquarters, is nothing but the use of administrative resources and represents a pre-election violation," Mikanadze said.
