"All this was felt especially well in Adjara, in this blessed corner, which the previous government turned into its own playground - they publicly announced that they cared about Adjara and the Adjarians, but in reality they were pursuing their own business interests and did not ask your opinion on anything, they only demanded from you to bow your head and obey. They declared the whole of Adjara as their property and forbade you to react to it.

12 years ago, we promised you that if you trusted us, we would definitely return the dignity that was taken away from the Georgian people, because we believed, and we still believe today, that the starting point of politics should be people, and the government should be the main guarantor of protecting their rights," said Bidzina Ivanishvili.

He also noted that with the constant support of the population, in 12 years, the ruling team built a country in which the government serves the people and state institutions perform their duties professionally.

"I am proud that together with you, with the constant support of the population of Georgia, in 12 years we have built a country in which the government serves the people and all institutions perform their duties professionally; A country where every citizen or guest of this country can live with dignity, regardless of their ethnic or religious affiliation; A country where we have significant progress in absolutely all directions, be it health care, social, economic or other fields; A country where law enforcement agencies and the justice system are in line with the European standard," Ivanishvili said.
