The President knows very well our position regarding the risks that can be created, the rest is up to him, - Natia Mezvrishvili, the deputy chairperson of the "Gakharia for Georgia" party, said about this, thus the so-called initiative voiced by the president, Salome Zurabishvili. She responded that he will present the technical government before the elections.
According to him, the members of the "For Georgia" party will wait for the President's proposal for the so-called Regarding technical government. In addition, according to her, the party "For Georgia" remains in the process created around the "Georgian Charter".
"This once again indicates that we must pay significant attention to the elections and the protection of the elections in the remaining two weeks. This is the number one priority. I don't think anything is unclear, our position is very clear and firm. Salome Zurabishvili knows this very well. It is fundamentally important for us that no matter how the technical government is formed, this is an opportunity for us to ensure that neither the government of "Georgian Dream" is formed only, nor only the government of "National Movement". This is why we made the compromise we made and signed the charter because of it. Therefore, we will wait for what kind of proposal it will be and how it will be presented, we really hope that we will see this in practice because of the compromise we made - neither the "Georgian Dream" nor the "National Movement" government, because this is a red line for us and critically important. Also, regarding the early parliamentary elections, our position will be well reported to everyone, first of all, to Salome Zurabishvili. Our negative position on our early parliamentary elections is known, and this is something that does not require an additional oath, etc. I don't think that there is any need for this, the rest is up to the president, how he will conduct the process. We remain in this process, and staying in the process means that this process is created around the Charter, and naturally, we participate in this process.
I don't know what the president's nomination of candidates before the election will lead to, if it will lead to turning the election process upside down, delaying communication with the citizens and also cause the parties to be busy with other issues, while in the remaining two weeks, we must defend the elections, we must be in communication with the citizens and from "dreaming" We have to defend ourselves and we cannot campaign easily, of course it will be a problem. I am sure that the president will take this into account because she knows very well our position regarding the risks that may be created, the rest is up to her," said Mezvrishvili.
