Guram Macharashvili: The ministers of foreign affairs of the European Union can't say anything new, except what the agenda of the foreign agency provides - foreign forces do not want to have a national government in Georgia!

The ministers of foreign affairs of the European Union cannot say anything new, apart from what is provided by the agenda of the foreign agency - the format of the ministers of foreign affairs, the preliminary statements made before the elections confirm what we say: - Foreign forces do not want to have a national government in Georgia! - This is how Guram Macharashvili, a member of the parliamentary majority, answered the question regarding the Council of Foreign Ministers of the European Union in Luxembourg.

According to Macharashvili, "this is a sad situation, but fortunately, there are people in Europe and other countries who are fans of Georgia."

"Many deputies appeared in the European Parliament and supported Georgia's sovereignty and independence.

The format of the ministers of foreign affairs of the European Union, their preliminary statements before the elections confirm what we say: foreign forces do not want to have a national government in Georgia. They want the government to be dependent on foreign power from start to finish, as we see in the case of the opposition and Salome Zurabishvili.

The foreign power has already waved its hand that the opposition will come a little closer to victory. This handshake is also reflected in the fact that the preliminary conclusion was moved to October 30 instead of October 20. Already statements are made not about the situation before October 26, but after it. The message from the US Embassy was to refrain from going out on the streets after the 26th, not before. They know that they will lose outright and now they have plan "B" to have radical processes in the country.

They know that this will not end with their victory and the Georgian state will win, but they will try because they have no other way," said Guram Macharashvili.

Today, in Luxembourg, the Council of Foreign Affairs of the European Union will be held, which will be chaired by the High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell.

According to the press release published on the website of the European Union, the ministers of foreign affairs of the European Union will discuss Georgia, among other issues.
