Natia Mezvrishvili: The State Security Service has become Ivanishvili's propaganda television and will offer a series of shows before the elections to instill fear in the population - we should not be afraid, because we saw this film in 2012

All this is aimed at the attempt to falsify the elections, - this is how the deputy chairman of the party "Gakharia for Georgia" Natia Mezvrishvili assessed the statement of the State Security Service.

According to Mezvrishvili, such tools of intimidation will be numerous before the elections, but the public should not be afraid. "Unfortunately, State Security Service has not been a security protection and corruption investigation agency for a long time, especially recently. This agency has become another propaganda TV of Ivanishvili, together with "Imedi" and "Post TV", which, unfortunately, will offer us a series of shows during the 10 days left before the elections. It will be a multi-series show, because Ivanishvili is actually hurting a lot right now. "Dream" has been defeated, yesterday, in Zugdidi, it all looked very good at their event. You no longer have the resources of "Imedi" and "Post TV" to circulate lies and propaganda, and now they have opened a new channel in the form of SUS to instill fear in the population. They probably think that if they spread misinformation in the name of State Security Service, people will be afraid. People have long overcome fear, which is a harbinger of their inevitable defeat on October 26. All this is aimed at trying to rig the elections. Such tools of intimidation will abound in the next 10 days, but we need not fear because we saw this movie in 2012. Saakashvili did the same, we all remember how it ended. It's not really dangerous for State Security Service anymore, which has turned into a "dream" propaganda television. Therefore, we should all go to the elections and not color 41," said Mezvrishvili.

In the interests of state security and peaceful coexistence of citizens, we would like to inform the public that, according to the information received, groups related to political circles, in the days before the upcoming parliamentary elections in Georgia, are planning to distribute falsified video and audio recordings installed through artificial intelligence and other modern technologies, - the state It is stated in the statement released by the security service.

According to State Security Service, "the mentioned fake recordings will use the voices and video images of the representatives of the Georgian government. The purpose of spreading the said false information is to provoke a confrontation between the branches of the government, as well as to bring down the feud between the government and the Orthodox Church and to worsen the relationship between the government and the Western partners."The disseminators of the information material obtained as a result of falsification present the fake records they created to the public as information leaked from the State Security Service and assume that by this action they will, on the one hand, discredit the agency, and, on the other hand, create dissonance between the government branches. The main goal of the said provocation is to artificially create and stir up the protest charge, to create foci of destabilization in the country, which will ultimately be used for political purposes.

"We are carefully monitoring the activities of the mentioned groups and in case of any violation of the law, appropriate measures will be taken according to the law", - said in the statement of State Security Service.
