When a foreign diplomat makes a propaganda call regarding the elections, it is a gross violation of election principles - it is a kind of administrative resource use, - Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Kobakhidze told journalists, thus responding to the statement of the EU ambassador regarding the elections.

According to Kobakhidze, the ambassador's assessment is not objective.

"This assessment is not objective and all this is very sad for me. When such biased statements are related to elections, it is disturbing. This is a kind of use of administrative resources, which is a gross violation of electoral principles. When a foreign diplomat makes a propaganda call regarding elections, it is a gross violation of election principles. This is a kind of administrative resource usage. I call on everyone not to violate election principles and to speak objectively about the processes that are developing in our country", said Kobakhidze.

For information, the Ambassador of the European Union in Georgia, Paweł Herczyński, in response to the question asked by journalists regarding the elections, said that the relations between Georgia and the European Union, unfortunately, are at a historical minimum and the European integration process of Georgia has been stopped.

"Elections are a celebration of democracy, it is a day when each of you can decide the future of you and your children. Please go, please vote and please elect a government that represents your wishes, your aspirations," said Paweł Herczyński.
