She spoke about the possible violations at the polling stations and noted that the most common violation at this stage is giving two ballots to voters.
According to her, there are facts of creating an inappropriate environment for observers and media representatives and obstructing them in several areas.
Natsvlishvili calls on the election commissions to fulfill their legal obligations and ensure that the election process is conducted legally and in a peaceful environment.
"October 26 dawned, the day of Georgia's great victory over the Russian oligarch. I would like to thank every citizen of Georgia who has already come to the polling station to vote. There is unprecedented activity in Tbilisi, there is also activity in different cities. Despite the heavy rain in West Georgia, people are going to vote in the morning, and I want to thank each and every one of them and call on the citizens to use their right to vote to save Georgia.
The headquarters of "Strong Georgia" is working at full capacity. We have representatives in all election stations of Georgia. We monitor the voting process and react to each violation. We will protect the vote of every citizen of Georgia from Russian oligarchs.
At this stage, several violations have been identified and we have responded to them. It is in the 11th and 17th precincts of the 59th district in Kutaisi, the 16th, 31st and 11th precincts of the 1st district of Mtatsminda. In the 22nd precinct in Chugureti, in the 59th precinct of the 32nd district in Gori, in the 8th precinct in Vake. The most common violation at this stage is giving two ballots to a voter, which is a violation. We will note everything and respond accordingly. Also, I would like to tell you that the "Strong Georgia" observer was allowed to enter the 72nd special district in Kutaisi, which is a penitentiary institution, three hours late, this is a violation. In several areas, there are facts of creating an inappropriate environment and obstructing observers and media representatives.
We call on the election commissions to obey the law of Georgia, fulfill their legal obligations and ensure the conduct of the election process in a legally peaceful environment. Also, now they are providing me with information that our representative was physically assaulted in Zugdidi, we will urgently demand a response to the said fact and will not leave any interference without appropriate legal response," Natsvlishvili said.
