Nika Gvaramia: I voted for change, for Georgia's European future - the opposition will win!

I voted for the change, I voted for the European future of Georgia - the opposition will win! - The leader of the Coalition for Change, Nika Gvaramia, told journalists about this after confirming his choice.

As Gvaramia noted, he calls on Bidzina Ivanishvili to use the last chance in the history of Georgia and peacefully hand over power to the opposition.

"I voted for change, I voted for Georgia's European future. I voted for the coalition government and rejected the past. I call on everyone, while voting, to think about our children, our ancestors, their gifts and legacy, to take Georgia to the place which is its historical choice and which is the choice of future generations - this is Europe! The opposition will win, it is clear and there will be a celebration! It is not important to me what government representatives say, these are their last statements in this capacity. Georgian immigrants are very worthy citizens of Georgia who carry the flag of Georgia all over the world. They will have a very significant impact on the European choices of this country. Immigrants in Moldova have ensured that Moldova is a European country and its choice has been determined once and for all. We have defined this for a long time. The majority of the society is pro-European and we have a special place for our immigrants. All of us together, inside and outside the country, choose Europe. We are going to Europe!" Gvaramia said.

According to him, he hopes that "Georgian Dream" will peacefully hand over the government to the opposition.

"I hope that the government realizes that the peaceful change of government is its historical chance to bring at least something positive into the history of this country. This is their last chance. The first peaceful broadcast was in 2012, for the first time in the history of this country, and the second broadcast will not be an exception, it will be a tradition. I call on Bidzina Ivanishvili to use the last chance to write at least something positive in the history of Georgia and lay the foundation for the tradition of a peaceful transfer of power. Georgia needs this and we are waiting for it, adequacy now at least. Georgia chooses Europe, chooses pro-Western opposition. It is clear what to circle, but the most important thing is not to circle 41. In any case, it is important that Georgia preserves the path of Ilia Chavchavadze, Niko Nikoladze, Davit Guramishvili, Nikoloz Baratashvili, Shota Rustaveli, Davit Agmashenebeli and King Tamar. This road goes in the only direction, to Europe, to Brussels!" said Nika Gvaramia.
