The goal of the people who lead these 4 political parties from the outside was to carry out the so-called "rebranding", i.e. to put forward a party with a different name instead of number 5, - said Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.

According to the head of the government, a full-fledged and healthy political system can be formed in the country only if these 4 political parties, in the position of opposition, are replaced by healthy political forces.

"We do not see any difference between these four political parties. I think that actually the goal of the people who lead these 4 political parties from the outside was to have the so-called "rebranding" take place, i.e. to put forward a party with a different number and a different name instead of 5, and ultimately this goal was achieved. Today, the number two party in Georgia is not called the "National Movement", but the "Akhali" party, which came out not with 5 numbers, but with 4 adjacent ones. In number, however, it is exactly the same political party as "Lelo" and Gakharia's party. It is one political power and this has one simplest explanation, they are ruled from one center. There is no real difference between these political forces, they are exactly the same against the national interests of this country, they will do whatever they are assigned, no matter how difficult this task is for the fate of our country. They are forwarders at any step and, in the end, as soon as they say that they should unite, in any case they will unite very easily," said the Prime Minister.

According to Kobakhidze, Giorgi Gakharia did not plan to unite with "National Movement" after the local self-government elections, but "as soon as they told him, they created a coalition in several municipalities".

"In the pre-election period, they didn't plan to come out under one charter anyway. In practice, they announced in advance that in case of victory, "National Movement", "Gakharia", "Lelo" and "Akhali" would form a government coalition and the government together. received reputational damage and therefore lost a total of 60,000 votes compared to the previous elections, but They ordered it, and they did it. They don't even have the right to ask how much this or that task is worth. Therefore, there is no difference between these four political forces when we talk about the fact that this country needs a collective "national movement". , but a healthy opposition, in this collective "national movement" we mean all four political parties. Therefore, the task remains a task.

A full-fledged, healthy political system can be formed in our country only if these 4 political parties in the position of opposition are replaced by healthy political forces. This task remains valid. During the next 4 years, we will do everything to weaken these political parties as much as possible, absolutely unhealthy and externally managed parties. This is one of our main national tasks, due to the fact that they create a constant risk, are constant risk factors for our country. Of course, without solving this task we may be left with challenges in terms of robustness. Therefore, in the next 4 years, we will do everything to weaken these political parties", said the Prime Minister.
