The government illegally, using policemen, banned us from entering the court session hall in order to suppress the truth in the court, which it can not suppress, neither in the court yard, nor in the streets of Tbilisi, nor in different cities, Tina Bokuchava, the leader of "Unity - National Movement", said about this.
As she explains, it is important to gather and protest at the court where election disputes are heard.
"The government of Georgia will once again issue illegal orders, including to the police, who, bypassing the law, do not give the parties of the court the opportunity to be in the courtroom, because the next time they intend to make an illegal decision in the court as well, to annul the decision made by Vladimer Khuchua, who established , that the October 26 elections were falsified, because the constitutional principle of secrecy of elections was not observed, therefore, the free will of the voters was not expressed. If this was so and the ballots were transparent to the extent that people's choices were visible in Tetritskaro and Tsalka, naturally, the same thing happened throughout Georgia. Accordingly, not only the election results of Tsalka and Tetritskaro municipalities should be annulled, but also the results of all districts where citizens participated through electronic voting. "If Ivanishvili suppresses the truth inside the courtroom by not allowing us there, it does not mean that he will suppress the truth in the court yard, in the streets of Tbilisi, in different cities of Georgia," said Bokuchava.
When asked by "InterpressNews", despite the statement of the police representative that he could enter as the chairman of the party, Bokuchava said that no representative of any coalition was allowed to attend the process.
"No representative of any other party is allowed to enter, what is this legal definition?! All political parties that participated in the elections, despite Ivanishvili's falsification, have the right to be represented at the trial as a party in accordance with the law. Neither the chairpersons of other coalitions, parties, nor any other person entrusted by them are allowed to enter. Now it has been explained to me that they will not let you in either. They themselves could not determine, in fact, in what form and to what extent they should violate the law, but it is a fact that they are violating the law," said Bokuchava.
