According to the chairman of "Unity - National Movement", Tina Bokuchava, evidence will be presented to the city court today, which reveals that "for the elections of October 26, the CEC illegally and in violation of the contractual terms replaced the branded markers of "Smartmatic" with non-branded markers the day before, thereby violating the voting procedure of secrecy".

Bokuchava made the mentioned statement to the media in the city court, where the review of three joint lawsuits demanding the annulment of the results of the parliamentary elections should begin.

In particular, "Unity - National Movement", "Strong Georgia" and "GYLA" argue against the CEC.

"National Movement" demands the invalidity of the summary protocols of all district commissions, therefore, the complete invalidity of the election results of October 27, because there was a total violation of three constitutional principles: secrecy, free will and universality in all districts. Along with this, we present very important evidence, including the fact that the CEC completely illegally and in violation of the contractual terms replaced the branded markers of "Smartmatic" with non-branded markers the day before, which we will present as evidence to the court today along with other evidence.

[Rebranded markers] left traces on the basis of which the principles of secrecy and, accordingly, the expression of free will were violated, which became the basis for the violation of mass constitutional principles. This in itself became the basis for rigging the elections. Today, Judge Iveri Abashidze has the opportunity to stand on the side of the Georgian people, to protect the law and the Constitution of Georgia, or to fulfill the political task of justifying the hijacked elections. This is an attempt to steal the European future of our country, and together with Ivanishvili's other pawns, he can enter the recent history of Georgia or the bright side of history, where he will protect our country's constitution, the law and the country's European future, or help Ivanishvili steal the stolen elections," said Bokuchava.
