According to Tamar Kordzaia, 30 members of the Parliament submitted a constitutional lawsuit regarding the recognition of the parliamentary elections as unconstitutional

According to Tamar Kordzaia, one of the leaders of the "Unity National Movement", 30 members of the parliament submitted a constitutional claim regarding the declaration of the parliamentary elections as unconstitutional, and the court must consider the claim within a month.

According to Kordzaia, therefore, Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze's statement that the Parliament will meet on November 25 or 26 is unconstitutional.

"Today, with the signatures of 30 members of the Parliament of Georgia, a constitutional lawsuit regarding declaring the elections unconstitutional was sent. The constitutional lawsuit was submitted yesterday by the President of Georgia, today by 30 members of the Parliament. This means that the Constitutional Court must accept the lawsuit and consider the issue of constitutional recognition within one month. On the other hand, this means that the Mandatory Mission of the Parliament of Georgia does not have the authority to include potential members of the Parliament in the list, as the question of the constitutionality of electing all 150 members of the Parliament is disputed. Therefore, the gathering announced by Irakli Kobakhidze on November 25 or 26 will be unconstitutional," said Tamar Kordzaia.
