Marco Michelson: Georgia is in a constitutional crisis

The Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Estonian Parliament, Marko Michelson, is responding to the statement of the President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, who said that the session of the Georgian Parliament scheduled for today is unconstitutional.

“Georgia is in a constitutional crisis,” the Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Estonian Parliament wrote on the social platform X.

As a reminder, the President of Georgia, Salome Zurabishvili, stated that today’s session of the Georgian Parliament is unconstitutional because massive election fraud has called into question its legitimacy, it refused to convene the first session, and the Constitution does not recognize anyone as its replacement.
