“My message is this - fraud does not mean victory! Today a self-proclaimed parliament is meeting. These people came here by rigging the elections. It is confirmed by facts and evidence that these elections were neither universal, nor free, nor secret. The fraud was systematic, large-scale, therefore these results do not express the will of the Georgian people. Today, in reality, these self-proclaimed people are gathering completely alone in this building. They were left alone, without the citizens of Georgia, the international community, the political opposition, and they do whatever they want. All this is a bit funny from the outside. They gathered alone, they distribute roles themselves, and at this time, they themselves know best that they rigged the elections. They did it themselves, and now they have to act as if they won these elections," Lomjaria said.
