"This is a proof that state institutions are hijacked by one person, Bidzina Ivanishvili. Bidzina Ivanishvili has various institutions. He has its own Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and a special investigative service. All these agencies act in accordance with his interests and his instructions. There are so many facts, so much information is spread by the Georgian media, specific people, specific police officers who abuse people are known, and none of these police officers have been held accountable. Is this unbelievable and a shame, including the people who sit in this building?! What are they getting paid for? Why do we, the citizens of Georgia, pay their salaries? To serve Ivanishvili? They do exactly that! I think that all this will be remembered, first of all, by the citizens of Georgia. By the way, we list all those agencies and employees who could have done something, could have had a concrete response to these facts in accordance with the law, but did not do it. If there is no response from specific agencies, I am sure that there will be action from the international community in relation to these people", said Eka Gigauri.

For information, the citizens held a demonstration at the Special Investigation Service, where they protested the violence against the participants of the demonstrations taking place on Rustaveli Avenue.

At the rally entitled: "Punish the violent", the participants of the protest carried banners with various inscriptions, including photos of the injured and beaten citizens during the rallies on Rustaveli Avenue.

In addition, they brought a stuffed animal as a symbol of people injured at the rallies.
