Mamuka Mdinaradze: the EU ambassador said that December 16-17 are the dates when some people should try to punish Georgia - let's make it happen and reduce the resources of unrest a hundred times

Today, the EU ambassador said that December 16-17 are the dates when someone should try to punish Georgia. To a certain extent, we have prevented this and a hundred times serious internal disorder by the decision we made in advance, - Mamuka Mdinaradze, executive secretary of "Georgian Dream", said after the majority meeting.

According to Mamuka Mdinaradze, the government's decision that the issue of opening negotiations with the European Union will not be on the agenda until 2028 has "reduced the resources of unrest a hundredfold" for the opposition.

"That's exactly what we insured with our decision to address those among them who were saying, 'What do you want?' We helped them and reduced their resources of disorder a hundred times. This may be conditional, but we really reduced it to one. If we now took the turbulence to be 3-4 scale, there could be twice as much turbulence, and those people who themselves admit what they were preparing for would meet these dates twice as well. They thought that they should do something before the New Year that would make the government angry," said Mamuka Mdinaradze.

For information, the ambassador of the European Union in Georgia, Paweł Herczyński, said that "what is happening in Georgia clearly calls for sanctions, and I know that work is already underway to prepare sanctions."
