There is not a single professional or public union left in the Georgian society that does not openly express its protest, Giorgi Vashadze, the leader of "Strategy Agmashenebeli", said about this.
According to Vashadze, Ivanishvili's election of a fictitious president by the self-proclaimed parliament does not change anything.
"The long-term protest of our citizens has yielded results. The self-proclaimed government has no recognition either inside or outside the country. International official documents refer to them as Ivanishvili's "Georgian Dream". Various countries, including the USA, have started impeaching high-ranking officials who obstruct democracy and are exposed to violence. There is not a single professional or public union left in Georgian society that does not openly express its protest.
In fact, Ivanishvili was surrounded by the so-called door intelligentsia and was left with several thousand hired thugs. Accordingly, Ivanishvili's election of a fictitious president by the self-proclaimed parliament does not change anything. The results of the protest are visible, so now the protest should not only be stopped or softened, but should become more principled in order to achieve: the release of political prisoners, new elections and an unhindered move towards Europe", said Vashadze.
